Thomas Cook Flight Delay Claim – Penelope, Hull

“In 2009 we booked a holiday to Goa with Thomas Cook and were delayed 28 hours in Manchester. We were unsuccessful ourselves and I found Claim4Flights on the web and decided to put the claim in their hands as we were getting nowhere. It has taken 16 months as Thomas Cook were reluctant to pay however having taken the claim to small claims court we have now been awarded not only the standard payment but interest of £350 in recognition of the delay in settlement.
