Virgin Atlantic Cancellation Claim – Elisabeth, Lancashire

“A huge thank you to all concerned with our claim – a very successful outcome!

I don’t normally agree with the so called ‘claim culture’ but our experience with the ground staff and customer service, following the cancellation of our Virgin flight, left a lot to be desired, both in Johannesburg and on arrival at Heathrow.

I hope I won’t need to use Claim4Flights again, but under the same circumstances, I wouldn’t hesitate and therefore recommend their services unreservedly.”
