General Terms and Conditions of Claim4Flights.com (“Claim4Flights.com”) which is a trading company of Loci London Limited 06925155

  • We will only charge 25% of any compensation, plus a £25 admin fee per passenger (unfortunately we have to add VAT to the total fee)
  • There are no hidden charges or fees
  • There is nothing to pay if we do not get your compensation
  • We never sell, share or trade your data with third parties (unless we need to share your case files with our solicitors to pursue your claim)


If we are successful in making your claim we will charge 25% of the amount you receive plus a £25 admin charge per passenger. Unfortunately we also have to add VAT to the total fee. Most importantly, if we are unsuccessful in claiming your compensation then there is nothing for you to pay.

If we need to work with our legal partners to enforce your claim we will do this at no extra cost – our fees will remain exactly the same, and your claim will still be no-win, no-fee. Therefore if we are unsuccessful you will have nothing to pay.

The Claim4Flights service is no-win, no-fee with absolutely no hidden charges.


The Agreement entitles Claim4Flights.com to act on behalf of the Customer in seeking Compensation under the Regulation.

The Agreement does not constitute any certainty over the success of the Claim nor does it create grounds for any loss or damage on the side of the Customer.

The Agreement is only valid if or when Claim4Flights.com accepts the Customer’s Order, or if Claim4Flights.com starts to carry out the Order.

Claim4Flights.com reserves the right to refuse any Order.

The Customer shall not pursue the Claim personally nor shall it instruct any other third party to pursue the Claim without the prior written approval of Claim4Flights.com

By entering into the Agreement with Claim4Flights.com the Client declares that he/she is authorised to enter into the Agreement or give the Order.

The Claim4Flights Privacy Policy forms part of the Agreement. This can be found on our Website.

After this Agreement has been entered into by the Customer and Claim4flights any subsequent agreement from the airline to compensate the customer, howsoever phrased by the airline, shall be deemed the result of Claim4Flights intervention on behalf of the customer, therefore all contractual obligations between claim4Flights and the customer will be applicable.


Claim4Flights.com will inform the Customer after receiving Compensation in cleared funds.

Compensation, less the Remuneration, will be paid to the Customer within 10 working days following receipt by Claim4Flights.com of a signed declaration and relevant proof of identity from the Customer.

Any Compensation paid by Claim4Flights to the Customer shall be by way of a bank transfer.

Data and information from the Customer and communication:

The Customer must always supply and submit accurate information and data to Claim4Flights.com. The Customer understands that submitting incorrect data may cause damage or loss to Claim4Flights.com and affect execution of the Agreement. The Customer guarantees that the data and information provided, including valid email addresses, are complete and accurate.

All incidents of knowingly providing false and untrue data/information and of fraud in any manner whatsoever must be notified.

The Customer agrees to fully indemnify Claim4Flights.com in all respects for all third-party claims including, but not limited to, incorrect client communications and/or provision of incorrect data/information and/or fraudulent conduct.


Claim4Flights.com makes no warranty or representation that the website or software will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate.

Your Claim may not be successful.  Claim4Flights.com is expressly not liable for any unsuccessful Claim.

The Website or any part of it is not intended to provide advice, it should not be relied upon when making any decision or taking an action of any kind.

Claim4Flights.com deals with data supplied by third parties. As a result, information or results shown on the Website or received from us may not be relied upon or seen as completely accurate.

Claim4Flights.com accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website or software resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

Claim4Flights.com is not liable for any loss that may arise from inaccurate or incomplete information received from the Client.

Claim4Flights.com is not liable for any loss for the quality or the manner its work and service are carried out.

Without prejudice to the Terms and Conditions, Claim4Flights.com liability to the Customer or any third party shall never exceed the assumed or invoiced value of the Remuneration (including VAT).

The provisions of the preceding paragraphs do not affect the statutory liability of Claim4Flights.com on the basis of mandatory legal provisions.

Personal data

Any personal or other data received from the Customer or any third party is used for the purposes of the Claim for Compensation and to fulfill the means of the Agreement. Claim4Flights.com complies with provisions of the privacy laws and namely with the relevant Data Protection Act.

Claim4Flights.com is authorised to alter the Terms and Conditions and/or set supplementary conditions.

In the event that any party to the Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.

In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable law

All contracts and dealings with Claim4Flights.com entered into are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes to the Terms and Conditions, the Agreement or any other contractual relations shall be resolved and settled by the relevant court in England.


“Agreement” means any agreement between Claim4Flights.com and the Client that instructs Claim4Flights.com to seek financial compensation for and on behalf of the Customer while the Customer accepts the here listed Terms and Conditions. The acceptance may be made by ticking the relevant box at the Website.

“Air carrier” means an Air carrier from which the Compensation is claimed.

“Claim” means a claim for Compensation made by Claim4Flights.com on behalf of the Customer under the Regulation by dealing with the Air carrier and/or the relevant national enforcement body.  If this is unsuccessful you may need to progress your claim by seeking a legal action through the relevant Court.  We cannot advise you on whether legal action should be undertaken.  In the event that you decide to proceed with legal action through Court the terms of the Agreement will remain in force.

“Claim4Flights.com” means Loci London Limited t/a Claim4Flights.com, a company registered in England with the registration number 06925155.

“Customer” means a person or persons that enters into the Agreement under these Terms and Conditions.

“Compensation” means financial or other compensation from the Air carrier of which the Customer is beneficiary.

“Order” means Clients intention to enter into the Agreement.

“Regulation” means European Parliament Regulation No 261/2004 dated 11 February 2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding.

“Remuneration” means the amount agreed between the Customer and Claim4Flights.com in order for Claim4Flights.com to carry our the Agreement. Should the Customer receive Compensation in a non-financial manner (e.g. in a voucher) then the Customer agrees to pay to Claim4Flights.com the Remuneration amount in cash.

“Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions.
